Star Cineplex to open new branch in Chattogram

Dhaka : A new branch of Star Cineplex is ready to open in the port city Chattogram on December 2. 

The audience can enjoy the movie screening from December 3 after the grand opening of the Chattogram branch, said Mesbah Uddin Ahmed, Manager, Media and Marketing department of Star Cineplex, as per reports. 

"It was just a matter of time that we opened a new branch in the port city of our country. Finally, the day has come. Now, the people of Chattogram can also enjoy movies at Star Cineplex. There will be three halls in the multiplex located in the Bali Arcade shopping complex at Chawkbazar area," said Mesbah.

The country's first multiplex cinema hall, Star Cineplex, started its journey at Bashundhara City in Dhaka on October 8, 2004. Currently, there are five branches in Dhaka. The construction of new branches in Bogura and Rajshahi is underway, according to reports.
