Biman suspends flights to Muscat for one week

Dhaka: Biman Bangladesh Airlines has suspended all its flights to Muscat for one week from December 22 following the ban imposed by the Oman government due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Passengers of canceled flights would be allotted seats on a priority basis subject to seat vacancy after a resumption of flights, said Tahera Khandaker, Deputy General Manager (Public Relations) of Biman, in a press release on December 21.

Biman Bangladesh Airlines also suspended all its flights bound for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) for a week as the kingdom government imposed a ban on all international commercial flights due to the coronavirus pandemic.
