First ever Corporate 8 Ball Championship successfully concludes

Dhaka: The highly anticipated first ever Corporate 8 Ball Championship reached its grand finale with a remarkable prize giving ceremony and a gala night, held at Gulshan Shooting Club in the capital on June 18.

The Corporate 8 Ball Championship, a tournament that showcased the exceptional skills and talent of corporate professionals in the realm of billiards, has been a thrilling journey filled with fierce competition and nail-biting moments. The outstanding performances of the teams captivated audiences throughout the championship and set the stage for an epic finale.

The Final Game of the tournament was played between Corporate Executive Club Limited and Vertex Group, from which Corporate Executive Club Limited emerged as the champion in 7-5 difference.

Besides these two teams, the other two teams that made the semifinals were ACME and Sylhel Club. The nail-biting games put the spectators on the edge of their seats.

Atiqul Islam, Mayor of Dhaka North City Corporation, attended the grand finale of the championship event as a special guest, among other dignitaries.

The prizes were handed over by Syed Almas Kabir-President, Bangladesh-Malaysia Chamber of Commerce and Industry; Rtd Brig General Md Refayet Ullah, President, Club NotreDamians; Ziaul Haque, National President, JCI Bangladesh; Anisur Rahman, Chairman, Third Eye Solutions Limited; and Naser Md Mohsin, Event Director, Corporate 8 Ball Championship.

The Corporate 8 Ball Championship’s prize giving ceremony and gala night marked a fitting culmination to a tournament that showcased the perfect blend of skill, strategy, and camaraderie.

The programme was organised by Third Eye Solutions Limited, a leading advertising company in Bangladesh, with the help of Sportex. JCI Bangladesh, and NotreDamians Club supported the programme as community partners. Advanced Development Technologies supported the event as the Platinum Sponsor.
