Dhaka: Indian Visa Application Centres in Bangladesh will resume operations from August 11, announced the High Commission of India Dhaka.
As countrywide lockdown restrictions end on August 10, the High Commission of India Dhaka announced their resumption of Indian Visa Application Centres’ services in the country from August 11.
Applicants do not need to take any appointment or permission to apply for visa at the Visa Application Centres.
All applications except for tourist visa are being accepted.
Earlier, in compliance with the lockdown declared by the Govt of Bangladesh, Indian Visa Application Centers across the country remain closed from July 1 till August 10.
However, all emergency travel requests had been considered even during the lockdown. And now usual services of the centres amid the pandemic are going to resume from August 11, except for tourist visas.
