Filipino, Korean and Bangladesh trade representatives along with Novo Cargo officials are seen at the discussion programme at the latter's head office in the capital
Dhaka: Novo Cargo Services held a bilateral trade development discussion with Filipino and Korean envoys and trade representatives at the company's head office in the capital on February 14.
Hiroyuki Yamaya, Minister of Japan Embassy to Bangladesh, Leo Marco C Vidal, Charge d' Affaires and Vice Consul of Embassy of The Republic of The Philippines, Bangladesh, and S M Rahman, Managing Director, Novo Cargo Services Ltd were present at the discussion, among others.
On the occasion, the company also hosted a welcome dinner for Christian Hope V Reyes, Third Secretary and Vice Consul, Embassy of The Republic of The Philippines and Kim Dong Hyon, Director General, Korea Trade-investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) Bangladesh.
Kim, Director General of KOTRA expressed his satisfaction after working with Bangladeshi stakeholders and the government. Trade Representatives from both Korea and Philippines also mentioned their aim to further contribute to the developing trade relations between Bangladesh-Korea and Bangladesh-Philippines.
