China Eastern plane with 133 crashes in China, casualties unknown

Dhaka: A plane of China Eastern Airlines carrying 133 passengers crashed in southwest China, state media announced on March 21.

The number of casualties is still unknown.

The Boeing 737 plane crashed in the rural countryside near Wuzhou city, Guangxi region.

It has "caused a mountain fire", according reports.

Rescue teams have been dispatched to the scene, reports added.
