Dhaka: Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden is holding ‘Turkish Theme Nights’ featuring a mouth-watering Turkish specialties to pamper everyone’ palates at the dinner tables.

The scrumptious dinner buffet will continue till June 16, 2023, every Thursday and Friday, from 1830 hours to 2300 hours, at the hotel’s signature restaurant Water Garden Brasserie.

Diners can choose from the colourful salad station showcasing Cucumber Yogurt Salad, Tomato Cucumber Olive Salad, Garlic Fry Eggplant Salad and soups such as Sea Food and Okra Soup, Clear Vegetable Soup and a few more variety of soups.

The kebabs come in a variety of lamb, beef, and chicken like Turkish Chicken Kebab, Adana Kebab, Doner Kebab, and Chicken Urfa Kebab, among others.

The delectable cuisine also has delicious live cooking stations led by well-trained chefs of Radisson Blu Dhaka, showing off their culinary skills where guests will be enlightened to taste Turkish-Style Roasted Beef Leg, and Falafel Sandwich, among others.

A slew of favourites representing some lovely, appetising delicacies from Oriental Main dishes such as Turkish Vermicelli and Chickpeas Rice, Turkish Steam Fish (Eksilli Palamut), Beef Stew and Eggplant Mash, among others, are also available.

Additionally, food-lovers can choose from the exquisite dessert section featuring Turkish Baklava, Turkish Kunafa, Turkish Delights, Turkish Tulumba, Lukman, and many more.
