Dhaka: Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden is ready to make this Christmas exhilarating for food connoisseurs, party lovers and tiny tots, by presenting a joyous occasion called ‘Jingle and Joy’ on Christmas Day (December 25) and special buffet dishes on Christmas Eve (December 24).

The hotel has chalked out elaborate programmes on this occasion including kids’ party, exquisite Christmas brunch and dinner arrangements.

The iconic octagon-shaped hotel lobby will amplify the festival’s celebrations by featuring an illuminated Christmas Tree placed magnificently with colorful fairy lights, Santa Sleigh Reindeer and a fascinating Sugar and Spice Gingerbread House, said the hotel in a press release.

On both December 24 and 25, guests can relish a heart-warming Pre-Christmas Lunch priced at BDT 3,500++, while the price for kids at BDT 1,800++, starting from 1230 hours to 1600 hours.

Moreover, the delightful Christmas Eve Whole Roasted Turkey dinner, Christmas Day Brunch (1230 hours to 1600 hours) and Christmas special dinner, all buffets are priced at BDT 5,500++ for adults and BDT 2,800++ for kids, beginning from 1830 hours to 2300 hours at the signature restaurant Water Garden Brasserie.

Diners can enjoy a Christmas five-course set menu priced at BDT 7,500++ in a tranquil ambience overlooking the lush greens and the city skyline, to be held at Sublime Restaurant, starting from 1830 hours to 2300 hours.

With all the sparkling merriness of Christmas, this two-day event will include a Carving and Live Station consisting of sumptuous Whole Roasted Turkey, Asian Steamed Hot Pot, Seafood Thermidor, Braised Lamb Shank, Beef Steak with Porchini Mushroom etc. There will be a mouth-watering dessert station filled with delicious items such as Christmas Apple Crumble, Christmas Chocolate Pudding, Lemon Marring Pie, Blueberry Caramel cake and many other delicacies.

Sweet lovers will be able to taste the home-made Christmas Cookies, Cinnamon Star Biscuits, Christmas Cake and Christmas Stolen including a legendary Christmas Punch. From Mini Snowmen to crunchy Christmas Star cookies, the Christmas Goodies House of Delights will offer a variety of Christmas delicacies for the month of December.

Children will have an opportunity to let themselves loose and go away from the maddening crowd of city life in “Jingle and Joy Kids’ Party” to be hosted at Water Garden Terrace from 1200 hours to 1700 hours.

The programme will entail a Santa Claus Meet and Greet with children, Magician Performance and Live Music Entertainment. Kids will receive special goodies from Santa Claus and Kid's Bites such as popcorns, chicken puff, fruit flavored drinks and ice cream will be included. The entry fee for Kids’ Party is priced at BDT 1350++.
