Dhaka: Qatar Airways on October 7 announced it has increased flight frequency to nine weekly flights to and from Bangladesh.
The airline's flight 638 will depart Doha at 18:05 and reach Dhaka at 02:10 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays while the return flight 639 will depart Dhaka at 03:40 and reach Doha at 06:35 on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Moreover, flight 640 of the airline will depart Doha at 01:15 and reach Dhaka at 09:20 on Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays while the return flight 641 will depart from Dhaka at 11:00 and land in Doha at 13:55 on the same days.
Qatar Airways has expanded its route network to over 650 weekly flights across more than 90 destinations, as it continues to rebuild following the onset of COVID-19. The carrier also recently received about USD 2 billion in state aid to weather the COVID-19 pandemic, as it posted significant annual losses after enduring one of its "most difficult years".
