Dhaka: Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden has launched its latest culinary event, the ‘Flavours of Manchurian & Szechuan’ Themed Dinner Buffet, inviting guests to embark on a journey through bold and spicy Asian cuisine.
Taking place every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from September 4 to 27, 2025, the special buffet will be served at the hotel’s elegant Water Garden Brasserie.
Blending refined hospitality with a vibrant menu, the buffet is ideal for family gatherings, friendly get-togethers, or intimate evenings.
Guests can start their dining experience with classic favorites like Hot & Sour Soup, a Poached Chilled Seafood Bar, and a variety of fresh salads. Highlights of the buffet include Roasted Beijing Duck at the carving station, an interactive Szechuan stir-fry corner, and an assortment of dim sums.
The Live Grill Corner will offer premium selections such as beef medallions, grilled prawns, seafood skewers, and masala pomfret.
Main dishes include standout options like Sweet & Sour King Prawns, Sticky Honey & Soy Braised Lamb Shanks, Hyderabadi Mutton Dum Biryani, and Chicken Achari Kabab.
To round off the evening, the dessert section offers indulgences such as a chocolate fountain with fruits and marshmallows, live Chinese sesame balls, and a range of cakes including red velvet, chocolate, and tiramisu.
Traditional South Asian sweets such as rosogolla, shahi tukra, and saffron firni will also be available.
