Singapore Airlines to resume flights to Dhaka on Oct 20

Dhaka: Singapore Airlines will resume scheduled passenger flights to Dhaka from October 20 after a hiatus following the coronavirus pandemic.

The airline will operate twice weekly flights every Tuesday and Thursday using the Airbus A350-900 aircraft.

The reinstated passenger flight schedule will be as follows: Flight SQ 0446 will depart Singapore at 20:35 and reach Dhaka at 22:40 on Tuesdays and Thursdays while the return flight SQ 0447 will depart from Dhaka at 23:55 and land in Singapore at 06:05 on the same days. All times are local.

With the addition of this flight, SIA will operate passenger flights to 37 destinations across the globe.

SIA has been operating regular passenger aircraft carrying cargo flights on the Dhaka-Singapore route since May 18, 2020 to facilitate international trade amid the coronavirus pandemic.
