Dhaka : A new ATR 72-600 aircraft has been added to US-Bangla Airlines fleet.
The eighth ATR 72-600 aircraft of the airline landed at Dhaka's Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport on February 18 night. The aircraft was officially received by US-Bangla Airlines Chief Executive Officer Captain Lutfor Rahman along with other senior officials of US-Bangla Airlines.
The airline now has a total of 19 aircraft including the newly added ATR 72-600. Of them eight are Boeing 737-800, eight are ATR 72-600 and three are Dash 8-Q400 aircraft.
The newly joined ATR 72-600 aircraft landed directly at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport from Singapore.
The ATR 72-600 aircraft has 72 seats with which flights will be operated on various domestic routes as part of future plans.
US-Bangla Airlines currently operates regular flights to Kolkata, Chennai, Male, Muscat, Doha, Dubai, Sharjah, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Guangzhou and on all domestic routes of the country.
