US-Bangla adding widebody Airbus 330 to its fleet in May

Dhaka : The largest private carrier of the country US-Bangla Airlines is adding ultramodern widebody Airbus 330 to its fleet. The airline will add the first two A330 in May, 2023, said US-Bangla in a press release. 

The new A330 of US-Bangla will have a seat capacity of 436 and will fly to Jeddah, Riyadh, and Dammam of Saudi Arabia. 

US-Bangla Airlines plans to operate flights to various destinations in Saudi Arabia to meet the long-term expectations of Bangladeshi Hajj, Umrah pilgrims and expatriate workers. Passengers currently travel to various destinations in Saudi Arabia through third carriers from Bangladesh spending extra fares and extra time in transit. 

Hence, US-Bangla Airlines plans to operate flights to Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam from June 2023 to save domestic passengers from this suffering, added the airline in the press release.
Currently, US-Bangla's fleet has a total of 17 aircraft: seven Boeing 737-800, seven ATR 72-600 and three Dash 8-Q400 aircraft. 

In January 2023, US-Bangla will add an ATR 72-600 and a Boeing 737-800 aircraft further strengthen the fleet, also mentioned the press release.
Currently, US-Bangla is operating domestic flights to Dhaka, Chattogram, Cox's Bazar, Sylhet, Jashore, Saidpur, Rajshahi and Barisal and international flights to Kolkata, Chennai, Male, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Guangzhou, Muscat, Doha, Sharjah, and Dubai.
