Dhaka Regency bids farewell to directors, long-serving employees

Dhaka : Dhaka Regency Hotel and Resort hosted a farewell event on October 24 October; in honour of its long-serving HR Director Commander Monirul Islam (Retd), Food and Beverage Director ATM Ahmed Hossain, and five other dedicated employees who retired after years of service to the organisation. The event, held at the hotel's premise, was a tribute to their contributions to the growth and success of the establishment.

Commander Monirul Islam (Retd) served the hotel for more than seven years and ATM Ahmed Hossain for over nine years. They have played instrumental roles in shaping the hotel's HR policies and food and beverage standards, earning respect and admiration from both management and staff.

The farewell was attended by the hotel's managements and colleagues. A special ceremony was organised, including speeches from Executive Director and Managing Director (CC) Shahid Hamid, who shared his thoughts on the contributions of the retirees.

"Their dedication, passion and leadership have left an indelible mark on Dhaka Regency. It is rare to find individuals who have given so much of themselves for the betterment of an organisation. We are deeply grateful for their years of commitment," he said while addressing the event.
