MTB approves 10pc stock dividend at 24th AGM

Dhaka : The 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Mutual Trust Bank Limited (MTB) was held on June 21, 2023, virtually where the bank announced 10 per cent stock dividend for shareholders.

Md Abdul Malek, Chairman of MTB presided over the meeting.

From MTB, Vice Chairman and Founding Chairman Syed Manzur Elahi, Directors Rashed Ahmed Chowdhury, Md Wakiluddin, Dr Arif Dowla, Khwaja Nargis Hossain, and Daniel Donald de Lange, Independent Director Faruq Ahmad Siddiqi, Managing Director and CEO Syed Mahbubur Rahman, Company Secretary Malik Muntasir Reza, FCS, CFO, Mohammad Nazmul Hossain, FCA, among others, were also present at the meeting.
