Dhaka : National Bank Limited received the '2022 US Dollar Clearing Quality Recognition Awards' from world famous JP Morgan Chase bank.
The recognition came to National Bank Limited for achieving the best-in-class Straight Through Processing (STP) rate 99.69 per cent in MT202 categories.
JP Morgan Chase, considered as one of the world's most valuable banks by market capitalisation, has been giving this award globally since 1997.
Md Mehmood Hossain, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of National Bank was rewarded with the crests from Sazzad Anam, Executive Director and Country Head of Bangladesh, JP Morgan Chase Bangladesh Office.
Deputy Managing Directors Syed Rois Uddin and Hossain Akhtar Chowdhury were also present in the ceremony.
High officials from both organisations were present on the occasion.
