With an experience of over 20 years in the hospitality industry, Olivier has worked with major brands all over the world including IHG, Starwood, Marriott, and Radisson.

Earlier, he worked in the UAE, Saudi, Lithuania, New Caledonia, Egypt, the Caribbean, Gabon, Algeria, and Seychelles Island.

Olivier is a skilled professional with an immense passion for the hospitality ndustry specialising in culinary arts and F&B management.

He is also a passionate golf player during his leisure time.
Including many other degrees and certifications, Olivier holds the French Cookery Diploma- BTS Cuisine and art of the table.
