Radisson Blu Dhaka offers brilliant brunch buffet

Dhaka : Brunch, as a meal, became popular among food lovers in recent years. It has become atrend among millennials and now among any foodie around the globe. As the term suggests, brunch is a combination of breakfast and lunch items that one can enjoy from early noon to the afternoon.

Following the global trend, brunch as a meal has curved its own niche in Bangladesh too. Ever since its debut in the local gourmet scene, it has become quite popular in various local and non-local outlets.

Radisson Blue Dhaka Water Garden recently introduced an excellent brunch Buffet at its signature restaurant Water Garden Brasserie. It is available for foodies to enjoy till October 28.

Brunch, being a meal, offers tempting treats - both sweet and savoury. The Water Garden Brasserie has an awesome array of breads to start the meal with such as Ciabatta Rolls, Baguettes, Doughnuts, Croissants among many other favourites. Coupled with these, there are a variety of loaves, breads, assorted confections and pastries. A live egg station completes this part of the brunch.

Also, east meets west at the Radisson's brunch offering. There are Pad Thai Noodles, Naan and Curry, Chicken Hariyali Kabab, Prawn Biriyani and our very own PaanchForon Vegetable and Traditional Beef Bhuna that foodies can enjoy. These are the prominent dishes featured from the East/Orient-to name a few.

The spread includes some signature food items of the West to like Grilled Spanish Seafood Salad, Spicy Cajun Chicken, Smoked Salmon, Roast Beef, Braised Lamb Shank and many more.

A meal is never complete without a sweet note. Their dessert menu, which is quite rich, includes mouthwatering treats like Chocolate Sludge, Mango Pannacotta, Mocha Trifle Cake, Dark Chocolate Mousse and many others.

Brunch at the Brasserie is meant for family- friends-fun! The Pool Side Garden is an amazing place for the kids - where the kids can venture into their own world of fun and food to keep them busy. Radisson's own Fun and Adventure Park is all set with a bunch of kid- friendly games and activities---so the kids can get lost in a whirlwind of fun and happy times! (The kid's package is complimentary).

The Brunch Buffet is available on weekends, Friday-Saturday 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm. The Waterside Brasserie with its chic and trendy interior-- can seat around hundred-- plus guest. This, coupled with the poolside, is indeed a wonderful place for weekend treats-- filled with fun, family, and friends and of course fantastic food!
