Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden to host "Flavors of the Mediterranean" themed Dinner Buffet

Dhaka : Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden will present its latest culinary journey "Flavors of the Mediterranean Themed Dinner Buffet", to be held  from October 2 to November 31, every Thursday, Friday and Saturday at the elegant Water Garden Brasserie. The Mediterranean spread will take  diners on a delightful journey of flavors, beginning with a Cold Buffet featuring assorted shooters like gazpacho, cucumber, beetroot, and tomato, alongside an authentic mezze selection of hummus, mutabal, baba ghanoush, muhammara, labneh and stuffed vine leaves. Guests can savor treasures from the Seafood Corner with gravlax salmon, poached crab, prawns, calamari, octopus, and dory, complemented by a rich assortment of cold cuts, antipasti, fresh salads, compound salads, and a signature cheese board. For immersive dining experiences, highlights include a Sushi Station, Homemade Pasta Corner, Shawarma Station, Live Grill with premium seafood and meats, and the Carving Station with prime beef ribs.
