Dhaka: Malaysia’s Immigration Department has announced a temporary shutdown of the MyVISA website due to ongoing system maintenance and stabilization works.
A public notice said the official visa portal, malaysiavisa.imi.gov.my, became unavailable with effect from Tuesday, February 10, and will remain offline until further notice.
During the maintenance period, all online visa-related services, including new applications and approval processes, have been temporarily suspended.
The authority said visa processing activities will resume only after the maintenance work is completed, adding that an official announcement will be made once the system is fully operational again.
Applicants requiring urgent assistance have been advised to contact the support team via email at [email protected].
The Immigration Department did not provide a timeline for the completion of the maintenance and stabilization works.
