Dhaka: Amari Dhaka has announced a month-long Mediterranean Food Fest celebrating the vibrant flavours and enduring culinary heritage of southern Europe and the Middle East.

The festival will run from 30 October to 12 November at the hotel's signature restaurant, Amaya Food Gallery, offering guests a distinctive dining experience inspired by the sunlit coasts of the Mediterranean.

Guests can savour an extensive buffet of Mediterranean-inspired dishes—including sizzling kebabs, grilled specialities, fresh salads, seafood and rustic breads—prepared by Amari Dhaka's culinary team using authentic ingredients and creative presentation.

'Our Mediterranean Food Fest is a tribute to the diversity and richness of Mediterranean cuisine,' said the Amari Dhaka Culinary Team.

'We've reimagined classic dishes with our signature touch, blending freshness, flavour and artistry to create a dining experience that feels both comforting and adventurous.'

The restaurant will feature Mediterranean-themed décor, live cooking stations and an elegant buffet spread that captures the essence of the region's food culture.
