The buffet features signature items such as: Mutton Jali Kebab, Duck Vuna, Mutton Paya with Bakar Khani, Puran Dhakar Kacchi Biryani, Shutki vuna, Kebabs, Tengri Angare Kebab, Moroogh Polao, Letka khichuri, Vortas, Dohi Vara, Gurer Khir, and Jafrani Shahi Firni, among others.
