Dhaka: The School Banking Conference-2023 was held at Moulvibazar district on March 13, 2023. First Security Islami Bank Ltd organised the conference as the Lead Bank of Financial Inclusion Programme in Educational Institutions through the Lead Banking System under the instruction of Bangladesh Bank.

The main objective of the conference was to let the students know about savings, creating saving mentality and growing up with a positive view of savings through school banking programme.

Nesar Ahmed, MP, Moulvibazar-3 and Member of the Parliamentary Committee of the Ministry of Land was present as the Chief Guest at the conference.

Syed Waseque Md Ali, Managing Director of First Security Islami Bank Ltd presided over the conference.

Saiful Islam, Executive Director, Sylhet Office, Bangladesh Bank was present as the Guest of Honour at the conference.

Moreover, all other representatives of every bank in Moulvibazar district were also present at the conference.
