Dhaka: Hong Kong Airlines has relaunched its codeshare partnership with WestJet, enhancing its route network between Hong Kong and Canada.

The renewed agreement allows Hong Kong Airlines’ “HX” codes to be placed on multiple WestJet-operated domestic flights within Canada.

This offers passengers seamless connections via Vancouver to major Canadian cities such as Calgary, Toronto, and Edmonton.

Louis Li, Executive Vice President of Hong Kong Airlines, emphasized that the partnership strengthens their North American network and demonstrates their commitment to expanding globally.

John Weatherill, Executive Vice-President and Chief Commercial Officer of WestJet welcomed the renewed collaboration, which he said would provide guests with greater flexibility and enhance connections between Hong Kong and Canada.
