Jet fuel price up again to BDT 118

Dhaka : Padma Oil Company, a subsidiary of the Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation (BPC), raised the price of jet fuel in the country BDT 118 on February 9.

BPC raised the price again after two months by BDT 6 per litre. 
This marks the 18th time that Padma Oil Company Limited hiked the price of jet fuel in the last 27 months, as per reports.

With the rising jet fuel price, air travel is getting costlier over time, claimed industry insiders.
