EBL DMD Riad Mahmud Chowdhury and other high officials seen at the launch of the bank's Trade Hub at CEPZ
Dhaka : Eastern Bank PLC (EBL) officially launched a dedicated Trade Hub at the Chattogram Export Processing Zone (CEPZ) to provide customers with specialized trade-related banking services operating within the CEPZ area.
The EBL CEPZ Trade Hub has been specifically designed to expedite import and export-related banking transactions for clients operating in the Chattogram EPZ, ensuring faster processing and more efficient trade services.
The Trade Hub was formally inaugurated by Riad Mahmud Chowdhury, Deputy Managing Director of Eastern Bank. The event was also attended by senior officials of Eastern Bank including Sanjay Das, Head of Corporate Business, Chattogram, and Shuvro Kanti Saha, Head of Chattogram Operations, along with other senior executives of the bank. Representatives from various factories operating in the Chattogram EPZ also participated in the program.
