Dhaka: The Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) is set to inaugurate a state-of-the-art Air Traffic Management (ATM) Center tomorrow, marking a significant milestone in the country’s aviation sector.
The inauguration ceremony will be held on April 20 at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka, according to a press invitation letter.
The event will be graced by Civil Aviation and Tourism Minister Afroza Khanam as the Chief Guest, along with the presence of State Minister M. Rashiduzzaman Millat and other senior officials.
The newly established Air Traffic Management Center is expected to enhance the safety, efficiency, and overall management of air traffic in Bangladesh. It will also contribute to aligning the country’s aviation services with international standards.
The event is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am at the Air Traffic Management Center premises within Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.
