Kuwait Airways adds 11 new destinations for summer 2026; offering 15% discount on economy-class fare

Dhaka: Kuwait Airways has added 11 new destinations across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East in its summer 2026 schedule, said the airline on Thursday, January 22. The move is aimed at expanding its network and meeting rising seasonal demand.

The newly added destinations are Alexandria and Sharm El Sheikh in Egypt; Antalya, Bodrum, and Trabzon in Turkey; Malaga in Spain; Mykonos in Greece; Salalah in Oman; Sarajevo in Bosnia and Herzegovina; Vienna in Austria; and Zurich in Switzerland.

The Middle Eastern carrier will operate flights on these routes from June 9, starting with Alexandria, followed by Sharm El Sheikh and Salalah on June 10, Zurich on June 12, Mykonos on June 14, Antalya on June 15, Trabzon, Sarajevo, and Vienna on June 16, and Bodrum on June 17.

Acting Chief Executive Officer Abdulwahab Al Shatti said launching flights to the new routes is part of the airline’s strategy to diversify its destinations and enhance customer choice.

In addition to route expansion, Kuwait Airways has announced a 15% discount on fares for all economy-class flights to and from Kuwait between January 25 and April 30.

The offer is available through the airline's website, smartphone app, sales offices, and call center, excluding codeshare services. Bookings under the offer began on January 22, and it will run until February 15.
