Dhaka : The latest addition to Honda's lineup, the Honda City e:HEV, has officially arrived in Bangladesh through its authorized distributor-DHS Motors Limited. The launch event took place at the Honda Showroom in the capital's Tejgaon area recently.
Imran Zaman Khan, CEO of DHS Motors, General Managers Arman Rashid and Farhan Samad, and chief guest Zohad Reza Chowdhury, vocalist of the band Nemesis, were present at the launch ceremony, among others.
The event featured a detailed presentation of the new model and a simracer competition for attendees, with prizes awarded to the winners.
The Honda City e:HEV offers a sophisticated and comfortable leather interior with rear AC controls, delivering a luxurious ride. Powered by a 1500cc hybrid engine, the vehicle promises a smooth drive and excellent fuel efficiency. Its body is larger, wider, and taller than the popular Toyota Premio, catering to customers seeking both space and performance.
The launch of this hybrid vehicle further demonstrates DHS Motors' commitment to environmental sustainability and supports the government's vision for a greener Bangladesh, said a release.
The Honda City e:HEV is now available for purchase at the Honda Showroom in the capital's Tejgaon, with prices starting at BDT 39.90 lakh.
