Md Rahat Anwar, new Chairman of Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation
Dhaka: Md Rahat Anwar joined the Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation as its new Chairman on April 16.
Md Rahat Anwar is a 13th BCS administration cadre officer, said a press release on April 17.
Before joining BPC, Anwar had been the Chairman of Bangladesh Jute Mills Corporation.
He also served as Additional Secretary and Joint Secretary in the Cabinet Division, Director of Bangladesh Television, and Deputy Commissioner in Rangpur and Sylhet.
Anwar completed his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in English literature from the University of Dhaka.
