Bus on Delhi-London route to launch in April 2022

Dhaka: Adventures Overland has announced the longest bus journey in the world, from Delhi, India to London, United Kingdom, ready to launch in April 2022.  

The journey will be the first-ever hop-on/hop-off bus service between the two cities. Participants will be traveling through 18 countries, covering 20,000 km in 70 days.

People from India can become part of the journey either for the entire duration of one of the four legs by signing up on the official website.

During the journey, passengers will be able to explore thousands of pagodas in Myanmar, meet rare species of Giant Pandas in Chengdu, like the Great Wall of China, and travel through the Silk Route in China and Central Asia.

Travellers will also be able to visit the historic cities of Bukhara, Tashkent, and Samarkand in Uzbekistan, and cruise on the Caspian Sea in Kazakhstan.

During the last leg of the journey, participants will also get a chance to explore European cities such as Moscow, Vilnius, Prague, Brussels, and Frankfurt before finally completing the longest bus journey in London.

On the return trip, passengers will again have the chance to join for the entire duration or one or more legs of the journey.

Announcing the launch, Sanjay Madan, Co-Founder of Adventures Overland said that the company is thrilled to introduce the first-ever bus service from Delhi to London with utmost comfort and luxury. He added that providing a niche and classy experience in a secure environment is the top priority of the company.

He mentioned that the journey route has been tried and tested in three back-to-back road trips from India to London. So, passengers can get on board with the confidence that they are in safe hands.

He further informed every single route in each country has been vetted to ensure that the journey is seamless and the company will take charge of documentation, paperwork, visas, and permits to ensure that the entire focus of passengers is on experiencing the journey.
