Dhaka : Emirates airline recognised its top performing travel agencies in Bangladesh at the "Emirates Awards Night" held at Le Meridien Dhaka in the capital on March 10.

The top performing agencies are Hajee Air Travels, East West Travel and Tours, Dynamic Travels, Horizon Express, Talon Corporation, TripLover, Al-Gazi Travels, Victory Travels, Tour Booking Bangladesh, Valencia Air Travels, Suma International Services, Be Fresh, Bextrade, and Sky Travels.

Md Mahbub Ali, State Minister for Civil Aviation and Tourism, attended the event as the chief guest.

M Mokammel Hossain, Secretary, Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism, Abdulla AlHmoudi, Ambassador of United Arab Emirates to Bangladesh, Air Cdre Sadikur Rahman Chowdhury, Member Operations and Planning, Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh, Ahmed Khoory, Emirates Sr Vice-President, Commercial Operations, West Asia and Indian Ocean and Mohamed Alhammadi, Emirates Area Manager Bangladesh were also present on the occasion, among others.

Emirates now operates 21 flights a week from Dhaka and via Dubai offers convenient connections to nearly 140 destinations across six continents.
