FSIBL holds its 23rd AGM

Dhaka: The 23rd Annual General Meeting of First Security Islami Bank Limited was held on June 15, 2022 virtually.

The meeting was presided over by Mohammed Abdul Maleque, Vice Chairman, Board of Directors of First Security Islami Bank Limited.

Professor Dr Mohammad Gias Uddin Talukder, Chairman of Shariah Council, Members of the Board of Directors, Syed Waseque Md Ali, Managing Director, Oli Kamal FCS, Company Secretary and significant number of shareholders of the bank also participated in the aforesaid meeting, among others.

At the AGM, 5 per cent Cash Dividend and 5 per cent Stock Dividend (Bonus Share) have been approved to the shareholders for the year 2021.
