Dhaka: NOVOAIR has been adjudged as the best airline in the category of “Best On time performance Airline- 2023” for domestic operations. It has also won Silver Awards in Best domestic airline, Most customer friendly Airline (Domestic) and Best In-flight service (Domestic) categories.

The Award program of "Sharetrip-Monitor Airline of the Year-2023" was held at Hotel InterContinental Dhaka on September 20. Mes-Bah-Ul Islam, Head of Marketing & Sales of NOVOAIR received the awards from M. Mahbub Ali MP, State Minister of Civil aviation & Tourism.

The award winning airlines were selected, based on an online survey of the frequent passengers, organized by the premier Travel and Tourism publication “The Bangladesh Monitor”.
