Dhaka : Air Astra held a business partner meet with its agents at an elite hotel in Chattogram on July 16.
Air Astra's Chief Commercial Officer Sohail Majid, General Manager (Admin and Security) ABM Sarwar E Zaman, Head of Sales Mozammel Haque and Head of Ground Service KM Zafor Uzzaman attended the partners meet.
Other high officials of the airline and representatives of reputed travel agencies in Chattogram were also present on the occasion.
Air Astra will soon be launching self-check-in service at Chattogram Airport as well as a ramp bus service to transport passengers between the terminal and aircraft, informed the airline at the meet.
It may be mentioned here that the airline provides passengers with inflight magazines and kids with funbooks onboard.
Recently, Air Astra also unveiled its frequent flyer programme Orbit.
Passengers can purchase Air Astra air tickets from its website, mobile apps, sales office, online and offline travel agencies.
Currently, the airline operates 14 daily flights from Dhaka to Cox's Bazar, Chattogram, Sylhet and Saidpur with a fleet of four ATR 72-600 aircraft.
Soon, Air Astra will be launching international routes as well.
