Delhi : Tata group-owned Air India is set to enhance its international network beginning March 2025.
Air India has announced a series of frequent expansions across several international routes from Delhi.
The airline will be increasing its frequencies on Delhi-Nairobi route from current three weekly to four weekly effective April 1, 2025.
Air India is the sole airline in this sector. The airline operates Boeing 787-8 in the sector. Apart from Delhi, Mumbai is the only city connected to Nairobi.
Air India will also be increasing its frequencies on Delhi-Seoul route from current four weekly to five weekly effective April 1, 2025.
Air India competes with Korean Air in this sector. Korean Air operates three weekly flights with Boeing 787-9. Delhi is the only city in India with non-stop flights to Seoul.
The carrier will also be increasing frequencies on Delhi-Vienna route from the current three weekly to four weekly effective May 11, 2025.
Air India operates the Boeing 787-8 to Vienna. Air India is the sole airline in the sector. Delhi is the only Indian city with a non-stop flight to Austria.
The airline will also be increasing its frequencies on Delhi-Zurich route from the current four weekly to five weekly effective May 31, 2025.
Air India competes with Swiss International Airlines in the sector. Swiss operates a daily flight with Airbus A330-300 aircraft. Air India operates Boeing 787-8 in this sector. Apart from Delhi, Mumbai is the only other Indian city with a non-stop flight to Switzerland.
