Biman resumes flights to five new international routes

Dhaka : Biman Bangladesh Airlines has resumed direct flights on Dhaka-Abu Dhabi route from October 3, Dhaka-Dubai from October 4, Dhaka-Kathmandu from October 9, Dhaka-Medina and Dhaka-Kuwait routes from October 10.
Biman Flight BG071 from Dhaka departs for Kathmandu at 9:15 am (local time) on Saturdays and Thursdays and flight BG072 from Kathmandu departs for Dhaka at 11:25 am (local time) every Saturday and Thursday, said Biman in a press release on September 29.
On the other hand, Biman Flight BG4037 leaves Dhaka for Medina every Sunday and Wednesday at 2:15 pm local time from October 10 and Flight BG4038 departs from Medina every Sunday and Wednesday for Dhaka at 7:30 pm (local time).
Biman Flight BG043 leaves Dhaka every Sunday at 7:45 pm local time and every Tuesday at 6:40 pm for Kuwait. Flight BG044 departs from Kuwait every Monday at 12:01 am local time and every Tuesday at 10:55 pm for Dhaka, the release added. 
The flag airliner operates two weekly flights on Sundays and Thursdays on Dhaka-Abu Dhabi route, said Biman in a press release.
On the other hand, Biman operates five weekly flights to Dubai from Dhaka on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, the press release added.
Soon, the national flag carrier of the country Biman Bangladesh Airlines will commence flight operations to another foreign destination New York, said Foreign Minister Dr Ak Abdul Momen recently. 
The airline has recently launched cross-country long haul domestic routes too, strengthening their network further. 
Biman on October 7 launched direct flights from Saidpur to Cox’s Bazar..
