Dhaka : India's full-service and one of the leading airlines Vistara has announced an attractive offer for passengers in this month of romance. With the tagline #spreadthelovesale, Vistara is offering 25 per cent discount on all its international round trips.
Passengers can book flights until February 21, 2022 for travel until June 30, 2022.
Also, on February 14, Vistara announced fully vaccinated passengers travelling to India from Bangladesh will no longer need to quarantine upon arrival effective immediately.
Fully vaccinated passengers travelling to India from Bangladesh no longer need to do RT PCR Covid test either.
If the passenger is not vaccinated, he/she has to proceed to RT PCR Covid test taken 72 hours before departure.
Submit a self-declaration form and upload it on the online Air Suvidha Portal before the scheduled travel and upload their Covid-19 Vaccine Certificate, said the airline in a notice.
All passengers advised to download Aarogya Setu app on their mobile device, added the airline.
Children under five years of age are exempted from both pre and post arrival Covid testing.
Passenger travelling from India to Bangladesh have to carry a negative RT PCR test report from a government approved lab in India (ICMR) issued not more than 48 hours before departure date.
India on February 10 allowed "quarantine free' entry to fully vaccinated travellers from 82 countries including Bangladesh in a move to relax curbs on inbound international travellers as the number of Covid-19 cases in the country is in decline.
The samples from two per cent of the air travellers will be collected after de-boarding and these passengers can leave the airport without waiting for the results of RT-PCR tests.
