Ujjwala Dali, Head of Brand, Himalaya Airlines addressing an event in Kathmandu
Dhaka : Himalaya Airlines is going to add another flight frequency on Dhaka-Kathmandu route from December 10.
Currently, the airline operates two weekly flights to and from Dhaka on Tuesdays and Sundays. With the new addition of frequency, Himalaya will operate three weekly flights on the route.
Ujjwala Dali, Head of Brand, Himalaya Airlines said this while addressing the B2B tourism exchange between Pacific Asia Travel Association Bangladesh and Nepal Chapters in Kathmandu on November 21.
The head of brand of Himalaya mentioned, since Himalaya's commencement of flight operations to and from Dhaka, every flight has been full till now.
She noted, from November 2019 till November 2021, Himalaya Airlines operated 176 flights to Dhaka and carried 31,714 passengers.
Since Dhaka is a promising market for Himalaya, Ujjwala Dali claimed, the airline has further plans to add even more frequencies on Dhaka-Kathmandu route in 2022.
