US-Bangla offers attractive holiday package to Maldives' Maafushi Island

Dhaka : The largest private airline of the country US-Bangla Airlines announced a holiday package to the popular Maafushi Island of the Maldives. 
The package for two nights and three days starts at BDT 50,990 per person. 
It includes Dhaka-Male-Dhaka air ticket, transport to and from the airport and Maafushi Island, snorkeling, ocean photography, photos and videos underwater, lunch at Sand Bank Island, breakfast and others, said Md Kamrul Islam, General Manager (Public Relations), US-Bangla Group on February 10. 
US-Bangla operates flights on Dhaka-Male-Dhaka route on Sundays, Tuesdays and Fridays. 
To meet the long-standing demand of over one lac expatriate Bangladeshis in the Maldives, private carrier US-Bangla Airlines launched flights on Dhaka-Male route on November 19. 
This makes US-Bangla the first Bangladeshi carrier to operate flights on Dhaka-Male route. It plays pivotal role in elevating tourism and trade between the two countries.
Besides, US-Bangla also operates international flights from Dhaka to Muscat, Doha, Dubai, Singapore, Sharjah and Kuala Lumpur currently. 
Due to the commencement of US-Bangla's flights to Maldives, Bangladeshi tourists are now more enthusiastic to visit the island nation. Likewise, Maldivians are interested to visit Bangladesh to witness its tourism potentials, added Kamrul Islam.
