BAF Training Jet Crash: At Least One Killed

Dhaka: The crash of a Bangladesh Air Force (BAF) F-7 BGI training aircraft has claimed at least one life, with many others seriously injured. The aircraft crashed around 1:30 PM onto the premises of Milestone College in the Diabari area of Uttara, Dhaka. Most of the injured are students of the college.

According to sources, 20 of the injured have been admitted to the Burn Unit of Dhaka Medical College Hospital, while others are receiving treatment at the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) and Evercare Hospital.

Nine units of the Fire Service, along with police and army personnel, are carrying out rescue operations. Reports of more injuries continue to emerge.
