Abu Dhabi: The Air Expo Abu Dhabi 2024 has unveiled Etihad Airways as the Official Airline and Platinum Sponsor for the event, taking place from 19-21 November.

Since 2012, Etihad Airways has consistently supported the Air Expo, reflecting its commitment as the national carrier of the UAE to promote Abu Dhabi as a global aviation hub.

Etihad Airways, a leading player in the aviation industry, is actively advancing the sector in the region. The airline’s ambitious growth plan aims to double its fleet and expand its destination network by 2030, while tripling the number of passengers compared to 2022. Etihad Airways has relaunched its successful Cadet Pilot program, reinforcing its dedication to developing local aviation talent.

The airline aims to employ over 600 Emirati pilots from this program by 2030, reflecting its commitment to supporting the UAE’s aviation industry.
