Radisson Blu Dhaka launches seasonal seafood, steak night celebrations

Dhaka: Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden has launched "Sea Breeze and Steak Nights," a lavish buffet dinner designed to bring together the finest seafood and premium cuts of meat under one roof.

The seasonal experience begins with an elegant Seafood Corner featuring Gravlax Salmon, Poached Crab, Poached Calamari, and Poached Octopus, carefully prepared to highlight natural flavors and delicate textures.

The grill section offers an even more vibrant experience with an array of expertly grilled items, including Masala Pomfret, Grilled Prawns, Seafood Skewers, Calamari, King Fish, and Chili Crab, all infused with bold flavors.

The Live Seafood Station, a key highlight of the experience, allows guests to enjoy freshly prepared Lobster Thermidor and other Lobster dishes on demand, adding a personalized and interactive dining moment.

Alongside the seafood offerings, the steak selection features Beef Prime Ribs, Beef Rib Eye, Beef Sirloin, Lamb Leg Steak, Chicken Skewers, and Baby Vetki Steak, all carefully prepared to deliver rich flavor and tenderness.

Beyond these signature offerings, the buffet also includes a broad spread of international cuisine alongside traditional Bangladeshi favorites, catering to a wide range of tastes and preferences.

On the dessert front, a delightful array of classic and local favorites allow guests to choose from Chocolate Opera Cake, Panna Cotta, Tiramisu, Crème Caramel, Gur'er Payesh, Rosh Malai, and other delectable treats.

A live dessert station adds a theatrical flourish, serving freshly made Apple Fritters coated in cinnamon sugar and Deep-fried Ice Cream, accompanied by a variety of condiments.

The "Sea Breeze and Steak Nights" offering, starting from May 1, will run until June 15. The dinner buffet has been priced at BDT 8,950 net per person, with a special Eat 4 Pay 1 offer to make it an appealing occasion for families, friends, and colleagues to dine together.
