Flyadeal announces 4 new routes to Pakistan

Dhaka: Saudi Arabia’s low-cost carrier Flyadeal has announced the launch of four new direct flight routes to major cities in Pakistan, further expanding its international network.

The airline will begin services from Riyadh to Islamabad, Peshawar, and Sialkot, as well as from Dammam to Karachi. Each route will operate two to three times per week, utilizing Airbus A320 aircraft.

The new flights are scheduled to commence between August 24 and August 26, marking a significant expansion of Flyadeal’s presence in Pakistan.

The carrier first entered the Pakistani market in February 2025 with services from Jeddah and Riyadh to Karachi.

One of the standout additions is the Riyadh—Sialkot route, which has remained unserved since Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) suspended it in 2024.

Flyadeal will become the only carrier offering direct service from Saudi Arabia on this route when flights begin on August 26.

The expansion reflects the increasing demand for air travel between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. In 2024, an estimated 5.9 million passengers flew between the two nations, with seat capacity continuing to rise year over year.
