Set under a canopy of stars, the exquisite buffet promises a memorable evening of gourmet flavours and lively ambiance, at BDT 7,300 net. The extensive buffet selection showcases live stations bursting with fresh flavours and seasonal ingredients. The “Carolina Reaper” spice station brings an irresistible seafood stew packed with mushroom, Chinese cabbage, bok choy, and vibrant chili, creating a medley of fiery and rich flavours.
At the “Burning Tongue Seafood Grill,” guests can indulge in freshly grilled baby bhetki, sea blue crab, silver pomfret, tiger prawns and sea poa fish, accompanied by five tantalising sauces for an added punch of zest.
The “Chicago Round Beef” station offers juicy cuts marinated with pineapple, corn, and aromatic onions, while the Paella Valenciana live station transports guests to Spain with its sizzling combination of prawns, mussels, fish and bell peppers, expertly paired with olives and celery.
Alongside the live stations, the buffet includes an impressive salad bar, an array of cold cuts, a tempting cheese board and a dessert corner that is sure to satisfy any sweet tooth with options like chocolate raspberry tart, marble cheesecake and a fresh fruit vanilla cake, added the release.
