Saima Shahin Sultana
Dhaka : Saima Shahin Sultana has been appointed as the new Chairman of Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation effective immediately.
The Ministry of Public Administration released a circular to this effect on November 18.
Prior to the new role, Shahin Sultana served the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism as an Additional Secretary.
Earlier, Sultana was promoted to Additional Secretary on August 26.
It may be mentioned here, the immediate former Chairman of the national tourism organisation Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation Aftab Hossain Pramanik was promoted to Secretary of the Ministry of Religious Affairs on November 5.
