DXB T3 rolls out complimentary treats, live music for August travelers

Dhaka: Dubai International Airport (DXB) has introduced a series of passenger experience initiatives across Terminal 3 throughout August, offering complimentary refreshments, live music, and interactive activities for travelers.
The new offerings cater to arriving, departing, and transit passengers.
At the Arrivals hall, visitors and returning residents can create customized greeting signs at a dedicated "Make Your Welcome Home Sign" station equipped with Dubai-themed embellishments.
Mascot appearances by local police and immigration authorities are also welcoming younger travelers.
Passengers connecting through DXB can enjoy live regional music performances and complimentary snacks distributed at transfer desks by brands including Mirzam, Project Chaiwala, and Garrett Popcorn.
Additionally, travelers departing via Dubai Taxi receive complimentary cold towels, beverages, and treats provided in partnership with Emirates Flight Catering and local vendors.
Near Gate B28, the airport features an interactive "I Heart DXB" photo installation. Passengers uploading selfies can contribute to a visual portrait of Dubai displayed in the UAE national flag colors, leave handwritten messages, and receive limited-edition pins and stickers.
Speaking on the rollout, Michelle Lee, Vice President of Brand and Communications at Dubai Airports, highlighted that the initiative aims to transform routine airport touchpoints into memorable experiences that reflect Dubai's warmth and diversity.
