Holiday Inn Dhaka hosts Pahari food festival
Titled “Tin Paharer Golpo
– Pahari Food Festival 2026,” the event will showcase culinary traditions from
Rangamati, Khagrachhari and Bandarban through a specially curated buffet and
cultural activities.
The buffet will feature
dishes including Pahari Chicken Hebaang, Bamboo Chicken Biryani, Bamboo Shoot
Chicken, Mutton Hebaang, Chicken Mundi, Pahari Momos, traditional hill-style
fish, seasonal hill vegetables, Binny Bhat and Binni Chaler Payesh, among
others.
The buffet is priced at
BDT 7,999 net per person. Guests attending the festival will also receive
complimentary access to the hotel’s swimming pool.
The hotel will create a
hill-inspired setting with traditional craft and lifestyle displays, along with
a specially designed fountain installation in the lobby. Live music and Pahari
dance performances will also be part of the festival.
