Singapore Airlines wins three global awards for service, cabin experience

Dhaka: Singapore Airlines
has won three major honors at the 2026 Business Traveller Awards, receiving
recognition as the world’s best airline, best business class and best cabin
crew.
The awards highlight the
carrier’s focus on customer service, premium travel experiences and continued
investment in its global network and onboard facilities.
Over the past year, the
airline has expanded services to several destinations. It introduced daily
direct flights to Hangzhou in June, increased frequencies to Manchester in July
and launched services to Madrid via Barcelona in October. Flights to Western
Sydney International Airport are also scheduled to begin later this month.
Singapore Airlines has
also upgraded its airport lounges. A new 1,050-square-meter SilverKris First
Class Lounge opened at Singapore Changi Airport’s Terminal 2 late last year.
Renovations to the Business Class Lounge include improved workspaces and a full-service
bar. The airline has also refreshed lounges in Bangkok, Hong Kong and Brisbane,
with a new Melbourne facility planned.
Further improvements are
expected across its onboard experience, including next-generation long-haul
cabins, expanded Starlink Wi-Fi availability and an updated KrisWorld
entertainment system.
The carrier is also
refreshing its dining program, with more than 100 updated dishes developed by
its culinary team and guest chefs.
The latest awards come as
Singapore Airlines continues investing in passenger comfort, connectivity and
service, aiming to maintain its competitive position in the international
aviation market.
