US-Bangla to resume Dhaka–Jashore flights from September 9

Dhaka: US-Bangla Airlines will resume flights on the Dhaka–Jashore route from September 9, responding to growing demand for air connectivity between the capital and Greater Jashore.

The airline will operate two round-trip flights a day on Saturday, Wednesday, and Thursday using its 72-seat ATR 72-600 aircraft.

The first flight will leave Dhaka at 9:30 am and reach Jashore at 10:15 am. The return service will depart Jashore at 10:45 am and arrive in Dhaka at 11:30 am.

The afternoon flight will depart Dhaka at 4:45 pm and land in Jashore at 5:30 pm. The return flight will leave Jashore at 6:00 pm and reach Dhaka at 6:45 pm.

The minimum one-way fare has been set at BDT 5,749, while the minimum round-trip fare will be BDT 11,498, with taxes and surcharges included.

US-Bangla began its operations on July 17, 2014, with its first flight on the Dhaka–Jashore route. The airline currently operates domestic services from Dhaka to Cox’s Bazar, Chattogram, Sylhet, Saidpur, and Rajshahi.

The carrier said the renewed service is expected to benefit passengers traveling for business, education, medical treatment, tourism, and other essential purposes, while supporting economic activity in the region.

US-Bangla will monitor passenger demand and market conditions and may increase frequencies on the route in the future, subject to operational feasibility.
